This work is grounded in the idea that a line, from one point to another, symbolizes connection. This connection runs throughout the entire universe, the line that connects us to all. Through this work, she explored how we are all interconnected, using lines to create community and unity in the spaces they transform. We can foster these connections through mindfulness and by using our voices. Although each piece is represented with abstract forms behind the line, it reflects the different colors of who we are and how we connect.
The original artwork created for Flora merges minimalist aesthetic values, drawing inspiration from the teachings of Donald Judd, with the dynamic, intricate theories of "Razzle Dazzle." This juxtaposition of simplicity and complexity gives rise to "The Line Connection," blending clean, minimalist design with bold, energetic patterns to create a unique visual harmony.
